Cashew Paprika Spread

Sick and tired of butter and cheese on bread? Try this lovely spread, that is easy to make and full of healthy ingredients.

Ingredients (makes 1 big jar):
  • 100 g soft goat cheese
  • 150 g salted cashew nuts
  • 1 red bellpepper
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 4 tablespoons cold water
  • 4 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • ½ teaspoon paprika powder

Wash and clean bellpepper and cut into stripes.

Put cashew nuts into a blender together with bellpepper stripes, peeled garlic and cold water and blend until smooth. Then add parsley, paprika powder and goat cheese and mix until well combined. Fill into a sterilized jar and keep in the fridge.
