Ingredients (makes 2 big portions or 3 medium sized ones):
- 115 g dark couverture (at least 58%)
- 30 g coconut oil
- 1 medium sized ripe avocado
- 30 ml vanilla oat milk
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 dash lemon juice
Melt chocolate along with the coconut oil in a water bath. Let cool slightly.
Peel avocado, remove core and cut into chunks. Put in a high shaker together with oat vanilla milk, salt and lemon juice and the liquid chocolate mixture and puree with your hand blender until creamy.
Allow to cool at least 30 minutes before serving. Especially good with fresh strawberries!
