Chocolate Truffles

A healthy and yummy snack to fight back sugar cravings - keep in the fridge, as the coconut oil tends to melt at room temperature.

Ingredients (makes approx. 30 truffles):
  • 6 tablespoons raw cocoa

  • 170 g (3/4 cup) coconut oil

  • 6 - 8 tablespoons agave syrup

  • 2 tablespoons salted peanut butter

  • pinch of cinnamon

  • pinch of salt

  • ½ teaspoon grated orange peel

Melt the coconut oil. Combine all ingredients and mix well until the peanut butter has dissolved completely. Pour into praline moulds and place in the freezer. The truffles need 10-15 minutes to set.

Store in the fridge.
